A picture walk thru of a front disc brake install on 61-67 Ford Econoline front end. ![]() Disassemble brakes down to the bare spindle. ![]() Press the hub assembly from the brake drum. ![]() Remove the old lug studs from the hub. ![]() Check the fit of the hub in the new rotor. ![]() Hub should slide right into place. ![]() Install new longer lug studs in hub. ![]() New caliper bracket and caliper assy. ![]() New caliper bracket installed on splindle. ![]() New hub and rotor assy installed on splindle. ![]() Inside view of new hub and rotor assy installed on splindle. ![]() View of caliper and rotor assy installed on splindle. ![]() Calipers and Rotors are standard over the counter parts. ![]() The only fabricated part is the caliper bracket. ![]() The only modification is enlarging lug stud holes for larger lug studs in hub. ![]() |
